He was friendly and very polite. He knew what he was doing and was ever so quick, obviously knew what he was doing. All completed without a manual for this Chinese ceiling fan. I’d definitely ask for Parveen again if I needed anything doing. He took his shoes off and even offered to hoover up the bits left on the carpet.
