John was timeous with phone calls and arriving for work. I thought the job would take 3 hours; he worked for over six. His preparation and tidying the site afterwards was . exceptional. His work cannot be faulted. He will be the first tradesman I call for future work & future work has been promised. He needs to be told of my satisfaction.
