Rising damp is the upward movement of groundwater into a building's walls by capillary action, often caused by a damaged or missing damp-proof course. I will inspect your property and provide you with a full report of my findings, I also treat any mould or wood rot issues and advise on the best course of action. No job to small.

Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing Fixes
Contacted very quickly, and turned up within the hour, Kevin sorted out the blockage in the kitchen, sorted the leaking toilet and tried to sort out a loose tap, the thread had gone on it so as possibly getting a new bathroom soon decided to leave it. Kevin is a hard and tidy worker who I would recommend.

Small Cloakroom Full Refurb
Fitters worked Sat and Sun which was good. Work was finished to high standard (just 1 minor flaw which could not be see easily). Fitters were friendly and tidy. Was a little bit more expensive that initial estimate (maybe my job description was not good enough and fitter did not visit to give quote)

When I intialy quoted it was for a toilet and a vanity, when I arrived it was a flat pack concealed cistern for the toilet which had to be cut to size, as well as the vanity, which I was not made aware of, so there was more work to do which is why I charged a bit more, I did make you aware before we started any work. Kevin was excellent doing my shower, he also fixed a leak from the toilet which took longer, he was here for a week and would not go until it was fixed. l would recommend Kevin to any one who needs a plumber. 100/100 for work and tidying up after himself excellent.
