When using a site like yours, you expect the tradesmen to have been vetted so that you know they are capable of doing the job. Yet you sent an odd job man called Mark the Handyman who had no idea what he was doing. When he came to quote for the job he said he would put down a hard core base and on top 3 inches of concrete. I asked him to do the floor in the green house first, when I looked at the finished job it was no way near level and if he put half an inch of concrete over the top of the hard-core that was as much as he did. He left the job site in a terrible condition, he has ruined about 1 m² of block paving. He did say that he would come back and make good the mess he had made. We telephoned him several times to see if he was coming and he said he was on his way he kept us waiting all day promising that he would be coming but never arrived. He then stopped answering our calls and I now have to pay someone else to come along to do the job not only that but to clear up the mess that he has made.

Internal Doors
Mark was very friendly and polite. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did the job excellently well and quickly with minimal mess. The price I paid was very reasonable and I was so pleased with his work I have given him another job to do. No fuss or bother I gave him the job and he did it. I would recommend him to others.

Curtains & Rails
Ceiling repair was alright but I had to do some filling in myself curtain rail had to be taken down to get the rings moved I I don't think I would have him again Q
