Reassemble Shed, Cut Hedges, Remove Rubbish
Turned up late to give me a quote, even though I'd sent photos. Was quite rude and told me that the plastic shed I needed putting up was useless and he wouldn't do it for less than two day's money and I should just throw it away. Quoted £250 to cut my hedge which is ridiculous. I said no and that I would only be prepared to pay £150, I also needed some ivy pulled off the house that was coming through the hedge and some rubbish taken, he said yes whatever they could fit in the van. That's honestly the price and work we agreed on. Said he'd be back in an hour. He then turned up two hours later by which point I'd had to go out and had to leave my daughter to sort it out. He then randomly charged her an extra £25 for the rubbish, but only took two old lawnmowers and left the rest. He did take the hedge cuttings but that's because they have a wood chipper on their truck. We ended up paying £175 for less than an hour's work -a hedge cut and him taking two lawnmowers, no other rubbish. He then phoned and argued with me and said it was 'my word against his' as I messaged and said I wasn't too happy that the work we agreed on wasn't done. Just make sure you have something in writing if you use them.

The guys did a great job removing a huge phormium plant and taking away all the waste. They were friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
