I have been waiting for Weslie to send me an invoice for the job that he did so that I can send to mumy insurers to claim back the money I paid for the job done. So for now, I'm not a satisfied customer, I had explained to him I needed the invoice so that I can make my claim. If I don't get that invoice I will be £200 out of pocket and not only that if my boiler breaks down my insurers won't repair as I have failed to provide proof of invoice for job done. I wish I had withheld payment until an invoice was produced. However I paid on good faith. I sincerely hope I will receive my invoice.
Fix Immersion Heater and Radiator
Came out and checked job even though he was suffering with back problems, diagnosed problem ordered parts and returned and completed job, would have no problem recommending him .

Water supply cut off switch fitting
Did a great job at a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and although the part he brought was for a different diametet pipe, was able to adapt with what, I assume, must be a wide range of parts in his van. Nice and friendly too. Will be using again.

Heating Engineer needed for radiator issue
I had a superb work operative from NW plumbing who solved my radiator problem in two rooms. Wesley was diligent, kind, and helpful, and his charge was very reasonable. He really helped me as I am disabled and needed the heating to work in my bedroom. A gentleman called Neil was rude to the point of being almost abusive with his texts and I therefore told him not to quote for the decorating job. Please be careful regarding how he treats other people. This was for the decorating job.

Heating Engineer
Westley did a good job servicing my boiler which also had a fault. This was fixed with a part he thankfully had. He also fixed a radiator that wasn’t working and showed me what to do. I’m fully expecting him to book me in for an annual service. I’m pleased with the work he did and so far everything works.
