Trevor called to arrange a time to visit and was very clear about the costs that would be involved. He was respectful and honest about the fact that my appliance was not safe, and showed my why. Friendly and reliable I would recommend him to anyone else looking for help with their gas appliance.. He did forget to bring his credentials but gave me his gas safe register number so I could look him up on the website.
