I had a few bits and pieces to be done before putting my flat on the market. Bathroom cabinet and TV bracket were in place very quickly. Unfortunately, a spirit level wasn't used so is slightly squint. Tradesman agreed to try to connect wash hand basin but my property caused problems. There was a couple of late arrivals to do the work and one no-show. When I called 24 hours later, I was told that there had been a family emergency. The loft cover was left off as was the communal electricity box, missing the screws. I suggested we call it a day at that point and the work was never finished.
