Nick was quick and effective in his work and took care to explain the process throughout. I felt overall that he did a great job for a reasonable price and that he cared about doing the best job possible for me.

Nick was very reactive and quick in installing the new toilet and until the payment is made but the very next day we found cistern valve was faulty. Its been one month and Nick never turned up to fix the problem. He keep promising and booking appointment but every time cancels the appointment. I am still waiting for Nick to go and fix the valve. Very disappointed with the very poor after sales service.

Absolute nightmare experience – Overcharged, unreliable, and now ghosting me- I hired this plumber to fix a leak in my toilet, but it turned into a massive headache. From start to finish, the lack of honesty was staggering. First, he quoted me £300, then bumped it up to £320. He told me he’d need 4 to 5 hours to do "heavy lifting," saying he’d have to rip up tiles and do major repairs to get to the leak. In the end? None of that happened. He just replaced the flush equipment, which took him barely an hour. He completely exaggerated the difficulty of the job just to charge me more. What was supposed to be a one-day job took three. He showed up, left to "buy materials," and then vanished. I had to spend my time chasing him down just to get him to come back and finish what he started. The worst part is the lack of professional integrity. I’ve been asking for an invoice for two weeks now. I’ve called and messaged him constantly, but he completely ignores me. I actually had to call him from a different phone number just to get him to pick up! When he realized it was me, he made excuses about being "busy" and promised the invoice immediately, but I’m still waiting. It’s clear that once he has your money, he doesn't care about you. If you value your time and don't want to be lied to about the scale of a job, stay far away from this guy. Completely fed up with the way he handles business.

Really great work, went out and improved the pipe and properly secured it, can now run our taps without water not draining properly.

Nick explained what he thought the problem was and how he could fix it. The work was carried out in a timely fashion. His pricing was very reasonable and he did not charge a call out fee. He and his co worker were respectful of our property. All of the works came with guarantees. which gives much comfort knowing our drains are much improved and should be easily fine for the next 10 years or more. Nick also did some additional complimentary repairs which was very much appreciated.

Nick is a professional and made sure to check my old boiler pressure and got my heaters to become more efficient. Would recommend.
