I decided to change direction and join a friend renovating houses in the Midlands.
New skills learned: Carpentry / Joinery fitting new internal doors and doorframes, stud walling, plaster boarding, plastering, patching and repair work. Some 1 and 2 fix plumbing work. Electrics – rewiring, chasing out walls and fitting new lighting, switches and sockets. Self levelling flooring and laminate floor fitting. Wall and ceiling insulation. Roof tiling, felt and baton replacement.
I have my own van and have all my own tools.
Self employed Subcontractor (Limited Company / C.I.S.)
Over 20 years MIG and MMA (stick) welding experience and qualifications.
Sheet Metal Worker and Mechanical Fitter.
