SCAM ARTIST: Brendan Nicol asked for 50% of the quote up front, which was paid in good faith. He did not attend to start or complete the works, (despite having multiple chances to do so), and has not returned the money paid. He just gives excuses, stalling for time. Outrageous behaviour. Theft, plain and simple.
