Service Electric Wall Hung Fire
Richard Collett serviced my fire in January 2025. He said he needed to get a part to repair it. He contacted me with the price of the part, £148 which I sent him. He has not returned to finish the job and has refused to return my money stating "I was sent the wrong part and the company is refusing to refund me. I cannot afford to repay you". Despite many polite requests he has not returned my money and he has now blocked me.
