Nick came around to do the job quite quickly and the job was performed as expected and the external tap works well. Nick was friendly. The reason for the average rating is because he damaged our floor in the process and said he would come back to fix it. We were only asking him to glue some vinyl rather than repair the whole thing, and I tried to arrange this but he disappeared. So just be wary of this if you decide to work with Nick
