Investigate And Repair Leaking Tiled Roof
My feedback regarding MTA Roofing I hired MTA Roofing yesterday to attend a property and inspect a roof leak. He confirmed that he would attend today at 12:00 pm, so I contacted the tenant, arranged access and made sure everyone was available for the agreed appointment. Unfortunately, today I tried calling several times but received no answer. I then sent a message, and he replied that he did not trust me. What was disappointing was that there was no apology and no message beforehand to let me know that he would not be attending. If there was an issue or concern, I would have expected him to communicate this before the appointment rather than leaving the tenant and myself waiting. In my line of work, reliability and communication are very important. We use this platform because we expect to be able to trust the professionals we hire and rely on them to attend appointments they have agreed to. I am sharing my experience so other customers can be aware of what happened and make their own decision. I hope MTA Roofing can improve communication with customers in the future.
