I have over 25yrs experience working for British Gas & Dyno plumbing and prior to that Mira showers for over 10yrs. I have decided it’s time to go on my own. I have experienced skills in bathroom fitting and reactive plumbing.
I believe customer service is also a large part of the job, I’m am reliable polite and happy to help anyone.

Move Stopcock to Kitchen Cupboard
I was looking to have my water stop tap moved from under the floorboards to into a cupboard within the kitchen as I was having new floors fitted. When he arrived he informed me his phone had broken over the weekend (not his fault). Once the work had been completed I paid and he left. Almost immediately there were leaks in several locations and I was unable to contact him for several days since his phone was broken. This resulted in me having to postpone my floor fitting. Once I did get hold of him again he arranged to come resolve the issue a week after the initial work started, which he then cancelled an hour prior to the arranged time. He returned the next day and stopped the main leak but was unable to fix the other location as he needed another part. He arranged to come back with the new part and fix the issue but cancelled another two times on the days he was supposed to come. After 2 weeks from when the initial work started, 2 postponements of my floors fittings (which he told me to re-arrange as it would be completed by then) and 3 cancellations on the day in which I took time off work to be at home, I decided to get someone more reliable. This resulted in additional costs.

Toilet Repair and Outdoor Tap Installation
Really prompt response to enquiry, arranged to visit next day. Fitted an outside hot water tap for washing dogs, with mixer insider did a good job. Main job was leaking toilet into the pan. In a void area, making difficult access through 6inch by 12 inch cutout . Diagnosis of filler valve, replaced but issue remained. Leak overnight from area of work. Then returned to fit another part and leak resolved.

Clear Guttering of Debris and Plants
Polite and well mannered, did exactly what was required by me, and took pictures to show the cleared gutters. Will use again when the need arises.
