Quoted me£550 for the job and changed price to £850 midway claiming he has underquoted for the job. Brought in different charges in-between for using a tools that suppose to be part of the job description. £180. When job was finished and I requested for invoice for my record and tax filling I discovered he lied about been VAT registered. He has charged me over £200 in VAT with a random VAT number that never existed. I challenged him for committing tax fraud and requested for my VAT refund from previous charges he became aggressive and committed criminal damage insisting I must pay him his balance without acknowledging he has committed tax fraud and not refunding me. I am taking this up with your platform for having such a dishonest trade man listed on your platform. Definitely taking action
