I’m a Gas Engineer registered with Gas Safe I started my trade with British Gas for 4Yrs and I’ve been a sole trader for 8Yrs
We cover all Gas and Plumbing and Heating work from Boiler -Fires-Cookers and all Gas Appliances to installation to service to break down we carry out any type of plumbing work we cover all areas we take pride in our work and all work is carried out through Gas Safe Regullations we will go the extra mile for our customers 90% of our work is repeat customers and recomandation from exciting customers.

Midland Gas&Plumbing Solution£140 was to service the boiler and fire Once finished ready to leave was ask for a certificate explained priced was without certificate phoned office was told to charge £30 extra for the certificate

Hussein called arranged a visit with the cost of a call out fee. He arrived the next morning and we agreed what was needed and he completed the job satisfactorily. He was pleasant and friendly and we're very happy with his work..

Very friendly and clear from outset what the job will entail and the cost associated. Showed me the confirmation testing to confirm fix on the gas, which was good for peace of mind. I would recommend midland gas and plumbing.

The fire has not worked since been turned of after 1day.Engineer refuses to come to sort fault out.

Radiator
Very disappointed with the service I received the job is not to satisfaction 1 of my main concerns was pipework on display and wanted this to be behind the plaster board on double checked Aftab couod do this and he assured me he could. We confirmed he would be at my house at 10.00am however he arrived after 12 with no notice blaming traffic. He then stayed until after 6pm just to install a radiator. I got home and cried as the pipework was so ugly and on show. He assured me he would come back to rectify and today no show I had taken morning off so I couod be here making excuse his father was ill. If i did not contact him I don't think he would have contacted me. Anyway I would rather not use this service again and urge anyone looking for work from him not to unless u want to be disappointed! Now it's put me off using tradesmen that have not been recommended. Very upset and hooe Aftab taķes heed of what I have said on this review but this is not the way to conduct a business.

Midland Gas&Plumbing SolutionI’m really suprised has what the customer has said she was happy with the work because if she was not she would have not paid if she was disappointed Regarding pipe work we explained pipe work can not go behind plaster board because theee was all the wireing there which was not suitable for Radiator pipe work to be near electrical witeong because of the heat explained to customer she agreed to not put piework behind the plasterboard so can’t understand what customers complaining about.
