Was let down twice and had to hire someone else to complete the job. First time was told he got held back on a job which is okay, it happens. Was told that he would be with me first thing in the morning at half 8. No phone call and did not show up. Im sure it was not the owner & I did get an apology.

I’m glad we managed to pick up a white hob which your mum wanted! 👍 4 rings now fully working on your cooker…and the new hob has a saftey device on it which automatically shuts off the gas supply should anyone use it and accidentally leave a gas tap on. Just thinking about your mum…because my mother in law was leaving the gas on constant before I found out about it and replaced it!
