Full Ensuite Refurbishment and Tiling
I hired Louis to complete an ensuite refresh, including tiling and finishing, at my property. The job was quoted to take 4 days but ended up taking 18 days, which caused significant inconvenience. While communication during the process was generally clear, the quality of the finished work did not meet the expected standard. Issues included: - Uneven and missing grout on wall and floor tiles - Visible gaps and chipped edges between tiles - Rough sealant application around joints - Grout was poured into the toilet, which has now solidified and caused an obstruction - Poor cleanliness, with a significant amount of grout covering exterior walls I documented these problems with photographs and raised them with Louis. Although the work was eventually completed, the extended timeline and poor workmanship were disappointing. I am currently seeking a resolution, however, I have yet to receive a response. I hope this feedback helps improve future projects.
