Job: skimming a ceiling and repairing damaged plaster at tops of walls adjoining ceiling. Skimming work was done to a good standard and with little mess made. Difficulties arose with pricing of work - he wouldn't give me a daily rate in advance. On arrival I heard him say that he would do the job 'for a hundred' - at the end of the job it transpired that he wanted four hundred. Whether this was genuine mis-communication I can't say - he has a heavy Romanian accent. But the job was less than 6 hours actual work, including a trip to fetch some plaster - so even allowing £20 for materials £400 was expensive. I can only advise getting an upfront written quotation.

Mario is such a polite and good listener person. He is very helpful and also give you lot of advice. The plastering has done in the bathroom looks very nicely finished. Very happy with the job done and definitely will ask to do other things.
