My names is Matt, I have worked in the construction industry for almost 10 years.
I am qualified by the BCITO in New Zealand for Commercial construction and residential Interiors.
Born in New Zealand where I started my experience in commercial construction. Eventually, I worked into residential where I also bought, renovated and sold two of my own homes.
Last 5 years I have been mainly focused on site supervision and management. I am an Irish citizen and have lived and worked all over the world.
My most recent project was a Hi-end apartment refurbishment in Tribeca, New York City where I was the project manager.
I have a great understanding of all trades - this is key in project management.
I have worked in many medical centres including hospitals, dental clinics and veterinary clinics.
Other notable projects I have worked on include Google NZ, Universal studios NZ, A project for the united nations in the Soloman Islands and Hi-end apartments in NYC
