Luke responded and then came round very quickly after I posted the ad (he offered to come within 24hours!) when he arrived he was friendly and got right to work and he didn’t stop trying different solutions until the issue was fixed, and then made sure he stayed until we tested the appliances. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!!
