I’ve been roofing for 15 months now im 18 and currently getting my qualifications at eastern region roof training , I have all the health and safety tickets to be on site . I have my own transport to get to jobs etc.
I formally worked for a family business but have decided it’s not for me so I’m open to get going again . I’ve got a good amount experience being on site and also with private jobs , I’m keen to always learn something knew each day . Im able to tile slate , run verges , felt and batten, dri and wet ridge all confidently . As Im doing my roofing training at the moment I’m also getting taught other skills every Monday when I have to attend the course like how the roofs work, what different ventalation there is for roofs and all that sort of stuff . Im not one to not work hard if I get told do somthing even if it’s abit crap I’m more than willing to put my head down and get on with it and not moan at all.
