Investigate Persistent Drain Smell in House
This company responded very well providing excellent insight on how best to deal with the problem of bad smells we were experiencing in the home. Their quote was well below another we obtained, but bearing in mind cheapest is not always best, the way the company presented itself gave us the confidence to go ahead with them. Contractors turned up on time (we were given an earlier date than originally agreed as a vacancy came up) and worked exceptionally well taking the time to describe all the steps they did. The place was left clean and tidy. They get my vote without a doubt.

Install Garden Soakaway and Pipes
Linken arrived promptly at the agreed time and immediately assessed the work needing to be carried out. The work was anticipated to require two days to complete, but was finished within one day, with all disturbed areas being brought back to their original condition and all waste material removed. The workmen (Phil and Chris) were friendly and kept us informed on how the job was progressing. I would definitely use Linken again and would be very happy to recommend them.

Replace Kitchen & Rainwater Drains
I received a call from Lucy within minutes of posting my job on my job quote & she arranged for somebody to come out the next day to assess the job. The quote arrived via email two days latter, which I accepted straight away & I got a phone call that evening to say that due to a cancellation somebody could be with us the following morning. Chris & Andy arrived the following morning & were polite & friendly & immediately set to work. By lunchtime the job was completed to a high standard & the area was left clean & tidy so that you wouldn't know they had been. Not the sort of job that you need doing very often thankfully but I would not hesitate to call Linken Services again if I needed some work done on the drains, & would highly recommend them to anybody who requires such a service. 10/10
