Remove Palm Tree From Garden
I received a response to my request soon after it was posted and the work was carried out a few days later at a time that was convenient for me. Paul kept in touch, confirming when he would arrive and in fact came 10 minutes early. He was very nice and friendly, and the work was done quickly and professionally. He cut the tree down and took it all away to dispose of. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend him.
Paint Small Area Of Ceiling
Thr trade was excellant from start to finish. Paul presented himself as a very friendly and reliable younge man. He started with a very friendly message , explaining every thing the job entailed, how long and it would take and the price. . He arrived with a friendly smile, was very respecatable and was eagèr to get on with the job.. i was more than happy with the work and would reccomend him to all my family and ftriends.

Hedge Cutting, Lawn Mowing, Weeding
I engaged Lindsay Property Services to carry out some garden works for me and could not be happier with the results. He turned up when he said he would, which is a rare thing these days! He carried out the various works we had from supply & install new fencing, grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding & tree trimming, demolishing and removal of existing structure (pergola) all whilst keeping the area tidy. He also removed all rubbish from site. During the works he identified a few beehives which he worked around so as not to disturb them and took videos to show me exactly where they were for future reference. He sent me videos of daily progress which was fantastic as we were not on site at the time of the works. His standard of workmanship is outstanding and Paul truly delivered on skill and reliability. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family and would definitely call on him again for any future works I have engaged him to maintain our lawn over the season too and hopefully the start of a long-term seasonal agreement as good guys are hard to find, Paul is definitely one of them!
Garden Clearance and Pruning Required
Lindsays Property Services did an excellent job. We required a lot of trees to be pruned, one dead tree and a whole lot of overgrown hedges, ivy and brambles. The worked hard and did everything in 2 days. Would definitely recommend to others.

Replace 6ft High Wooden Fence
So pleased with our new fence. From the get go Paul was really responsive, looked at the job within a day, gave us a competitive quote and was able to fit us in to do the job a week later with his son. Very professional team. Would definitely go with them again.
