Firstly Lewis immediately contacted me And reassured me that the issue could be resolved. When he arrived he walked around the affected area and again let me know the issue wasn’t as bad as I had thought. Love we dedicated why the leak was occurring. He advised me in the best course of action cost and told me before going ahead to speak to my insurance and also get a second opinion to ensure he wasn’t over charging or giving me inaccurate info which I found extremely professional. Obviously what he explained was indeed the truth and we proceed with him to complete the works. I had a very land leak under my bath and shower unit that had been slowly going on for a number of years which eventually meant the water was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. The bath need replacing the boards under the bath were completely soaked through and rotten so they needed removing I had a bath / sink replacement and shower tape service as I live in a old cottage replacement parts where near impossible to find. The work was completed around my availability and completed excellently I would highly recommend LB plumbing to anyone like myself that finds it difficult to trust tradesman. Excellent work 11/10 in my opinion.

Lewis was on time and managed to fix my shower he also fixed the stopcock which was very stiff due to limescale. He is very good and described what he was doing throughout.

On all accounts Louis was well deserving of the 5/5 score. He identified what was wrong with the work done by a previous tradesman and rectified the situation with no fuss at all. The jobsite was left cleaner than it was before he came! The first trial of the new bathroom floor was spot on - the draining was just as you would expect. Overall we wish we had called him in instead of having the first guy.

Louis was efficient, identified the problem quickly and got it fixed to a good standard very quickly.

Take great care with this trader. Louis told me one thing (in a text message on the Saturday), which led to me paying him quite a lot of money. Then, on the following Wednesday, he told me in an email that he had no intention of doing the job that he had originally said, in the text, that he would do. I have the evidence if anyone would like to see it. Louis still has my money, the job is still only half-finished. Very unhappy.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Repair completed, I no longer have puddles of water inside my house. The leak was treated like an emergency and fixed.
