Fix Leak in Three-Storey Flat Roof
Avoid this builder, ever since he replaced my flat roof with felt 6 months ago it’s been leaking twice. First leak he came and repaired, now a new leak has appeared in another part of the roof which has ruined my bedroom ceiling. Been trying to get hold of him for almost 4 weeks now but doesn’t answer or responds to my messages, he has disappeared and now other builders are saying leak is due to poor workmanship, poor drainage, and no slope created and roof needs to be done again! Not happy at all

Fix Leak Between Flat and Pitched Roof
Kieran responded to my request for my emergency roof repairs extremely quickly. He was very diligent and went on to the roof to do a thorough investigation of the problem providing a clear recommendation where others gave an assumed diagnosis without actually investigating the problem. This gave me confidence in Kieran's recommendation. He worked enthusiastically through bad weather to get the job done as quickly as possible and spent a lot of time ensuring that the site and the property was cleaned after he completed the work. I was very impressed with Kieran and the team's efforts.

Replace Flat Roof with Single Ply
I found KRA through this website. I had received many quotes from different companies with some quotes being ridiculously high. Kieron’s pricing was competitive, but more importantly he presented several options with pros and cons for each which I found to be very helpful. Arriving as planned, Kieron and his team started the job but encountered an additional problem with the roof and took a series of photographs to highlight the issue. Initially I thought the worse, but Kieron allayed my fears and just got on with repairing and replacing the roof. The team also assisted me with the fitting of a new roof light. Throughout KRA were professional, courteous, tidy and engaging. I would certainly recommend to family and friends and look to employ KRA again in the near future.
