The communication, quality of work, and value for money provided by K&R Locksmiths and Windows throughout my engagement, has been exemplary. They contacted me within a few hours of posting the job, where they provided an initial competitive quote which they honoured after undertaking an initial site survey. They (and specifically Kyle) kept me informed at every point in the process and were accommodating by working round my availability. On the day of the installation, their two specialist glaciers were on time, courteous and professional, completing the work to a high standard while cleaning up afterwards. I don’t ordinarily write reviews but these guys deserve a highly recommended review especially on service which can be lacking in the industry.

Really nice guys - came and measured and installed the cat flap really quickly on a day and time convenient for me. They were very friendly and professional- have saved there contact number on my phone if I need to recommend them or use them again!

Kyle responded quickly to a Myjobquote query and was here the next day to survey the job to be done. He clearly articulated the work to be done and the price associated. He came back the next week and replaced the glass. I would recommend him.

The work was completed efficiently, to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. They were also very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience straightforward.
