Fix Leaking Kitchen Sink Pipe
Poor workmanship and unprofessional conduct I contacted this tradesperson to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. He initially quoted around £150–£200, but when he arrived, he claimed it was a much bigger job and raised the price to £800. He then asked for £600 in cash upfront to “buy tools and parts,” plus £200 by bank transfer, even though he arrived without his own tools or a vehicle. He saw cash in my kitchen and repeatedly asked my elderly father to take the cash so he can go to the shops and buy new parts. He wouldn't leave without the cash and was very forceful. The job was not completed properly — one pipe was fitted incorrectly, the smaller sink is now disconnected and leaks, and the cupboard door under the sink was removed but never replaced. He also left muddy footprints in my kitchen. When I asked him to return and fix the problems, he responded with angry messages instead of resolving the issue. I have since reported the matter to Trading Standards, received partial reimbursement from my bank, and arranged for British Gas Plumbing Services to redo the work correctly. I would not recommend this tradesperson based on my experience and would advise others to use a reputable company.
Lay Laminate in Small Office Room
Ervin was excellent! He had great attention to detail and laid my laminate floorboards extremely well. He was very professional and made things clear from the get-go, ensuring the job was done in the best possible way. I'm extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Koldashi Construction LND!
Laminate Flooring for Two Rooms
Ervin did a fantastic job at my property. I originally got him to replace the laminate flooring in my flat, but after he ended doing a much bigger job. He renovated much of the flat including a full installation of a new kitchen + plumbing + electrics. Ervin has a keen eye for detail and carries out work as if it is his own home. I would completely recommend Ervin for anyone looking for building work.
Paint Walls & Ceiling in Rooms
The decorators were punctual, polite and professional, did what was agreed at quote stage, they worked diligently and over the four days in attendence were respectful of the person who lives there working to create minimal disturbance .The finished job was to a good standard. Repair Leak, Restore Wooden Floor
My job needed ground excavation work / damp course / pipe repair / concrete and wood flooring replacement. All of these trades were expertly carried out, neatly and finished to a high standard.

Small Cloakroom Refurbishment and Tiling
Unfortunately, the job originally quoted for ended up a lot bigger due to rotten floors under the tiles, the result of a historic leak. Vin worked quickly to resolve the project and did not overcharge, despite us being floorless and at his mercy. He communicated clearly throughout the project, left everything tidy at the end of each day, and was a pleasure to have in the house. I would recommend and use him again.
