Scope of Work – Kladji & Team
Main Shop
* Remove the wall at the back of the main shop.
* Block up the door between the main shop and the side shop.
* Box in all electrical wires to give a clean finish.
* Prepare the shop ready for plastering.
* Plaster all agreed areas after the electrician has finished his work.
Barber Shop
* Build a new wall.
* Fit a new door in the new wall.
Side Room
* Create a new doorway.
* Block access between the side room and the barber shop.
* Use the newly boarded-up section as shelving on the side room side.
Kitchen & Back Room
* Damp proof the kitchen and back room.
* Plaster all walls in the kitchen and back room.
* Remove the door between the kitchen and side room.
* Block up the opening and plaster the wall.
Bathroom
* Install new plumbing for the bathroom.
* Make sure all plumbing is hidden inside the walls and leave access where needed.
* Prepare the plumbing for the new electric water heater.
* Install a new vanity unit.
* Install a new toilet.
* Tile all bathroom walls.
* Install new cladding on the bathroom ceiling.
* Tile the bathroom floor.
* Continue the floor tiles into the corridor.
* Complete all bathroom work to a high standard.
Shop Front
* Remove the old shop sign.
* Install new plywood on the front of the shop ready for the new sign.
* Make sure the plywood is waterproof.
General
* Keep the work area clean and tidy every day.
* Protect completed work from damage.
* Inform me before making any changes to the agreed work.
* All work must be completed to a high standard.
