About
KMG Property Maintenance started in January 2022, after moving from Sussex to Wales & unable to find work, having worked as a maintenace manager in a children's hospice for 14.
I have worked in the building sector on and off for over 30 years. I qaulified as an electrician and worked for an electrical company for over 6 years, then decided I wanted to use more of my skills, hence working as a maintenace officer. I also have a City & Guilds in Portable Appliance Testing.
The work I carry out is from installing shelving to repairing fences, decorating, flat pack furniture, toilet repairs, external meter box repairs, laminate flooring, boxing in of consumer units and unsightly pipes and garden shed assembly and much much more.
I have £5 million liability insurance, most of all I am reliable.
