Repair Toilet Inlet Valve
Very prompt and polite. Started job straight away rather than quoting as discussed on phone, implying it would be quick and easy. Job took slightly longer than expected due to an issue with isolation unit so had to drain water tank which added almost an hour. This meant bill was higher than I initially indicated when I posted the job. Overall happy with work done. And can’t fault the friendly, polite service.

Fix Water Leak in Heating System
We made contact at 7:00am and the plumber (Louis) was with us within the hour. We had a leak that had progressed down into the kitchen & hall ceilings. Louis quickly located the leak which was in a near impossible to access cold-water feed behind and on the far side of the bath. Loise gave us two options, attempt a repair in-situ or remove the bath and tiles to get access. We agreed the fix in place option as a first try, this despite it being an incredibly tight space, he managed to successfully repair with virtually no disruption. Would recommend, Louis is a great guy by the way, very helpful and even phoned the next day to check all was OK

Fit New Toilet Seat
Phoned to give me a quote and arrived 30 minutes later to refit toilet seat . Very pleasant chappie and got on with job straight away, he had to take cupboards apart refitted wc and cleaned up any mess in bathroom
