Kim was a breath of fresh air very easy-going. He advised us and convinced us to change to a new circuit as the old socket and cable was appalling. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly to us, ensured we were happy with all aspects from where the sockets were placed, how to do basic troubleshooting on consumer unit should we need to, etc., his communication throughout was exceptional and Perfect service from start to finish.
