Professional and caring - Kim is very customer oriented. He came for an evening emergency which turned out to be much more complex than anticipated . Over the next couple of days he performed multiple tests, found where the fault originated, and made all the necessary adjustments. He’s very easy to talk to and explains in detail what he’s doing.
