I am a timed served joiner and have worked in the construction industry for 20 years on domestic and commercial properties. Over the last 5 years I have been working in the new build aftercare sector for the leading house builders in the country, identifying and rectifying defects within the 24 month warranty period. I progressed from Contracts Manager to Customer care Manager and finally onto Operations Manager and believe that having a hands-on approach at the beginning of my career this has given me a far better insight and advantage than most in my position. I have a strong relationship with a large selection of trades and suppliers to ensure that we deliver the best service at the best prices
