Install Smart Heating Thermostat System
Very unreliable and full of excuses. We arranged a job and I had to cancel due to a sudden death, giving two days’ notice. He said that was no problem and rearranged for another date. He was due at 9am. I messaged at 8am to check he was still coming, no reply. Messaged again at 10am when he was already a no-show, still no reply. Called at 11:45am, no answer. He finally messaged at 12:30pm apologising for not showing up and asking to reschedule. I have no issue with people needing to rearrange, but waiting over three hours after the agreed time to say you are not coming is not acceptable. He claimed he had an emergency, which may be true, but it takes seconds to let a customer know you are not turning up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rearranged again, making it very clear I was only available in the morning. He said he would 100% be there at 10am. On the day of the job I’ve received a message saying he would come later that afternoon, despite already knowing I was not available then. I replied immediately explaining that, and asked why he was no longer keeping the agreed appointment after confirming he would definitely be there. Once again, no answer to calls or messages. This is repeated no-shows, poor communication, and wasted time. It feels like he simply takes other jobs and leaves customers waiting around with no courtesy or update. Looking properly through the reviews, there are other negative ones saying exactly the same thing — unreliable, doesn’t turn up, and ignores calls and messages. I ended up cancelling the job myself, and honestly by that point his poor communication, excuses, and complete lack of reliability had already put me off using him altogether. Avoid like the plague if you want someone dependable.

Excellent service . Reliable. Fast . Good price. James was very helpful completed the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and moved all the heavy items that needed to be moved. Excellent service highly recommended

Good advise was given about on going plumbing problem and extractor fan fixed All in all happy with service and would use them again.
