We’re absolutely delighted with the work Jack and his team have completed on our roof. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Jack came out to assess the job, clearly talked us through the process and the different options available, and provided by far the most competitive quote we received. It was great value without compromising on quality. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept informed when materials were ordered, when the scaffolding was going up, and given a clear timeline for how the work would progress. Jack and the team regularly updated us and even took us up the scaffolding to show and explain exactly what was being done, which we really appreciated. The work was completed on schedule, and the clean-up afterwards was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very considerate, especially as we were having other work done inside the house at the same time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack and his team. Jack and his team did an excellent job replacing the tiles and felt.Every time he went up the scaffolding he set me pis and videos of want he went doing and invited my husband to climb the scaffolding and explain what he was doing.

Jack and his men came and removed my roof inviting me up on the scaffold at every stage to show me what was happening replacing felt and Barton’s re tiling replaced fascia and gutters now no longer leaking I was very happy with the work so got them to replace a flat lower roof they had scaffolding removed quickly and left site clean and tidy will be coming back to k-rend my walls in a couple of weeks time all in very nice people

Hi all, Please do not use JRP Roofing (Jack) for any house or roof repairs. I hired him to replace my roof and fix the problems, but he failed to complete the work properly. As a result, I now have issues with my roof as well as disputes with my neighbour due to his negligence and lack of care. I paid him in full, but he is no longer answering my calls or replying to my messages. It has been over a month, and he has not returned to check or resolve the problems caused by his poor workmanship. My roof gutter is still leaking, and I am under a great deal of stress because of this situation. Now I have got almost 10tiles broken, gap between my roof and neighbour roof with light passing and it means water is definitely passing through. My neighbour have told me due to my roof repair they have got issue and need to pay what we damage it will cause in his house. I have spent all my saving and repair my roof and now I have left with all this mess which I can’t ignore and I don’t have money enough money to repair. I need help to get my money back so I can fix all this problems who is more professional and more responsible

Jack and the team originally quoted two days of work for installing a gravel driveway, repointing, and various gardening tasks. The entire project was completed to a high standard within a single day, demonstrating excellent work ethic and professionalism throughout.
