Install Outdoor Tap Near Water Supply
I booked JP plumbing to install an outdoor tap for me. The tap has been successfully installed however the process wasn’t straight forward. He arrived and went to install a tap that has a mount system that required visible copper pipe work to be coming out of the wall and bending into the side of the tap whereas I had wanted a clean finish with the tap being mounted directly straight into the wall and no visible external pipe work (I assumed this neat finish was the standard). When I saw the work in progress I flagged this issue and to be fair to him he went and brought and new mount bracket locally. However because he hadn’t checked with me before starting he had already drilled a hole in my wall which also caused some damage to the inside plaster wall the other side. Both of which need filling and repairing which he said he would come back and do. It’s now been 3 weeks and despite him promising to come back to fix the damage which he said will take 30mins max he hasn’t returned, he kept promising times and days to come but then never showed up and has now stopped replying to my messages. He has been really un- professional at the end of this job and I am left with a hole in my wall which I am going to have to find someone to repair.

Macerator Repair - Not Flushing
JP Plumbing are the best. His team are humble, attentive to details, knowledgeable and effective. His honest and simple opinion on my job but my mind to rest. He did as promised and kept to time. Despite an injured hand( on another job before mine), he worked tirelessly to figure out the problem and fix a new one for me. His prices are very reasonable for both materials and labour. He showed me the price of the new macerator on google, bougth it and charged for his labour. I will definitely be recommending him as i had a very very good experience with him. He is also very clean and wont leave you with a mess after his work. Great guy, great team

This should have been a straightforward shower unit replacement, but or an unexplained reason the power had been lost. Josef worked late into the evening to provide a solution, which is fine. Very conscientious and a neat job. Will reuse.

Loft Water Tank Valve Replacement
Outstanding Plumbing Service from Juozas from JP Plumbing&construction Limited! I had an issue with my loft water tank overflowing, and Juozas came highly recommended. Juozas replaced the old float valve with a new, high-quality unit and also installed a Flomasta isolating valve to make future maintenance easier.
