About

I am a keen rugby player who has played at county level for 3 years starting in all the games I have played. Being an avid front rower has got me far in my rugby career so far being a pivotal starting player for the Newcastle Falcons Foundation team. The team competes across the country playing against other elite programmes. Recently I have taken the step up to senior rugby for Gosforth RFC where I have received multiple man of the match awards for my performances. I have been selected by the coaches at the club to be part of the leadership team within the Newcastle Falcons community set up. Only a select few have the privilege to be put in the role which was a proud moment for myself as I was nominated by both the coaches and my peers. I have a genuine interest in health and wellbeing, learning about the different dietary requirements for athletes from different backgrounds and how your age could have an impact on how your diet looks. This interest stems from my own ambition to be a healthier version of myself after joining a rugby specific course, which required me to be at a healthier state to stay at a high level perform to the best I could.
• Interests – one of the main reasons I'm interested in a trade would be because all my way through high school I would enjoy the practical side , I think this hands on way of learning stems from making stuff with my grandad In his work shop when I was a child; I spent my time making objects like a rabbit hut, bird house and a desk for my room. From carrying on this in high school where I did design and technology and it was my favorite subject. I am currently working in a kitchen in a bar in jesmond
