I’m 19 years old and I’m a bricklayer that’s learning about the trade, I am coming to the end of my level 2 qualification at Newcastle college and my dream is to be on the houses. I have a job at the moment doing footings but all I seem to do is joint up and labour. I get that I’m young and that I seem to be asking for a lot but I’m actually pretty good and I’m not going to get better if I’m not laying.
