John was very easy to communicate with and did an excellent job. There was a leak after the completion, and he quickly returned and fixed it with no additional charge.

The job was not a success but not John’s fault. We have a problem with the plastic pipes and copper microbore used to construct the heating system so a powerflush could blow the hidden joints.
