Currently building cips houses with contracts fitting all the interior after (building the house, interior fit out) Inc 1st 2 nd fix carpentry
Regarding pricing depends on the work. £30 hrs seems steep
Breakdown costs.

So im actually on £20 a hour.
I'm a honest worker and i will be transparent with cost before setting out.
