Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
The job started well then sadly went downhill. They replaced my down pipe and guttering which started to leak after the first rain.Twice they promised to come and rectify it and didn't arrive and now do not answer my phone calls and now it looks like i have to pay again to have the job done properly.Before posting this review I have given them every opportunity to put matters right

John responded very quickly to the job I uploaded. However, when he started, I lost a bit of confidence, I did tell him I won't be paying for anything until the job is completed as I had some poor jobs done in the pass. when the job was at the second stage I could see the garden was taking some shape. As the job went on, he become some what on edge about payment I paid him three quarters of the money. I stated I will not pay the full amount until the garden was completed. Well after that day he never returned. His resonse was their is nothing wrong with the job. The fencing is very loose infact and not fully secure, flagging has not been secured with the correct cement some of the flaggings are slippery because they are upside down, flaggings are very uneven and a trip hazard fencings are all uneven and the gate is an inch too small however he did attempt to correct that still not happy. The good thing about this is I now have some privacy. I am now in the process of having this job done again which will cost me again.

John was on the time he promised. Very polite and well mannered. Did exactly as we had asked of him. Cleared up after himself. We would certainly recommend him.
