John and his team was quick to respond and ensured they did not leave until they had fixed my door properly and he gave me a fair quote on windows to install - I will be using him in future good workmanship
General Repair / Maintenance
***AVOID*** I first used JMAC to alter a door and then after lockdown asked John to quote me for a new kitchen. He organised everything and sold himself as a family man and has been in the building trade since he left school and that he was trustworthy. He got a Howdens kitchen designer to design me a kitchen. He was the middle man organising everything. I was happy with the price and paid him a £4k deposit. The following week he raised the price by £2k and said that he didn’t know that the kitchen I had designed via Howdens included a fridge and freezer. He never told me not to buy a fridge and freezer through Howdens. I cancelled the job and then asked for my deposit back. He hasn’t contacted me once to speak about this. I’ve phoned him, I don’t want him to do the same to other people.

John immediately responded to our myjobquote request, visited our home within 3 hours and provided a quote thereafter. After accepting the quote, John and Col started the job within 5 days. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional and their work is very impressive. After a complete colour change (on our part!), they completed the job within 5 days and we are more than delighted with the outcome. John and Col are also really nice guys and we would not hesitate to use them again.
