Replace Rotten Garden Decking
I hired JJJ Home Improvements through this platform to remove existing garden walkways and create a gravel path with membrane and timber edging. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The work took far longer than promised, with multiple missed and delayed visits and very limited communication. On several occasions I was told materials were being delivered or work would be completed on specific days, but nothing happened. When the work was eventually done, the quality was not what was agreed(levelling and membrane were not done properly). Large sections of membrane were not installed, the gravel supplied was very dusty and of poor quality, and nearly half of it was left unused, which he has not considered for returning or refunding for the excess. Waste removal was not completed, and flower pots in my garden were damaged during the work. Despite these issues, I was repeatedly asked for further payment, even though the work was not completed as agreed and problems were still outstanding. Due to the delays, poor workmanship, and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend Jordan from JJJ home improvement. I would advise anyone considering using this company to get everything in writing and be very cautious before paying large amounts upfront.

Jordan did a great job on re grouting my patio , worked non stop all day . Was a clean and tidy worker will certainly use him again .

Jordan and his colleague worked tirelessly to complete the job. They were polite and respectful at all times. Jordan was knowledgeable and gave an advise when asked. They cleaned up the area upon completion. I’d highly recommend him and would certainly call on him again. Thank you

Great job from Jordan. He took on a very big garden clearance and redesign on a very tight budget. He explained from the start exactly what we could do within the specified budget and he did and excellent job. The garden looks amazing with it's new patio area and the ground had been well prepared for seeding a new lawn. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Jordan. My mam now has a beautiful new garden to appreciate
