Lay New Turf and Top Soil
Never pay a large amount in advance to this business. I paid £950 (£800 + £150 for materials) for a job that was not completed on time, which forced me to cancel and hire another worker at additional cost. After cancellation, I was promised a refund “yesterday” and “this morning”, but the money was still not returned. I also asked for invoices or proof of the materials supposedly purchased, but nothing was provided. Communication became difficult and I had to contact my bank and consumer protection services to try to recover my money. Very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise others to be careful before making advance payments.
Replace Fence Panels and Gate
Paid the money up front for Jordan to complete the job, but despite numerous phone calls and texts from us and numerous promises from himself, he didn't turn up to complete the job. His work was not up to tradesman standards. Neither were his promises. Excuses after excuse after excuse. Use this man at your financial and mental peril. Had my wife in tears time after time. AVOID THIS MAN.

He gave good advice on the cause of the problems with my cabin/summerhouse. He came round the day after the quote and completed the job efficiently and promptly.
Replace Rotten Garden Decking
I hired JJJ Home Improvements through this platform to remove existing garden walkways and create a gravel path with membrane and timber edging. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The work took far longer than promised, with multiple missed and delayed visits and very limited communication. On several occasions I was told materials were being delivered or work would be completed on specific days, but nothing happened. When the work was eventually done, the quality was not what was agreed(levelling and membrane were not done properly). Large sections of membrane were not installed, the gravel supplied was very dusty and of poor quality, and nearly half of it was left unused, which he has not considered for returning or refunding for the excess. Waste removal was not completed, and flower pots in my garden were damaged during the work. Despite these issues, I was repeatedly asked for further payment, even though the work was not completed as agreed and problems were still outstanding. Due to the delays, poor workmanship, and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend Jordan from JJJ home improvement. I would advise anyone considering using this company to get everything in writing and be very cautious before paying large amounts upfront.

Absolutely appalling . Taking him to court . I’ve discovered it’s not only me . There is only one way and that’s his way .
Re-grout Porcelain Patio Tiles
Jordan did a great job on re grouting my patio , worked non stop all day . Was a clean and tidy worker will certainly use him again .
Install New Paving Slabs
Lovely lads 😄would recommend them and will have more work done in the near future .
