Throughout my career, I have progressed into supervisory roles, successfully leading teams on-site and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. In addition to my industry experience, I have made a significant contribution to education and training within the construction sector. As a qualified A1 Assessor, along with roles as a Bricklaying Lecturer and Maintenance Operations Lecturer, I have delivered engaging, industry-relevant teaching and assessment, supporting learners in achieving recognised qualifications and developing both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
My role as Programme Director of Wet Trades at a Further Education College involved overseeing curriculum development, managing staff, and ensuring courses met industry standards and learner needs.
I am passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople and committed to maintaining excellence in both construction practice and vocational education. With a unique combination of hands-on expertise, leadership experience, assessment qualifications, and educational management, I bring a well-rounded and professional approach to every role.
I have full public liability insurance, I work in various locations across the south east of England.
I am a time served apprentice, with a City and Guilds Certificate.
