Relocate Cooker Electric Source
Despite the rave reviews, my experience has been somewhat different. They fitted a new circuit board in July 25. No confirmation or registration of compliance received until November after having asked for this. Still unsure as to legitimacy of this document. After this initial work, I asked whether they could reallocate plugs in the kitchen as I was having a new kitchen installed. A complete kitchen rewire was suggested and agreed. It is an older property. This company asked me for a £400.00 deposit which was duly paid prior to work. Come the date agreed for work to be done, they arrived and said they had forgotten something. They left some goods. A new date was agreed. They called off: they had forgotten something. The next day was agreed and they arrived but within 10 minutes John Mackay walked out. He felt agreeived perhaps of me asking to help with a washing machine. Perhaps he felt disrespected but no consideration or respect towards me by cancelling job twice before. Promised refund for goods already purchased on 1st November 2025 as well as refund. To date nothing received. I would not recommend (their colleague whispering in the kitchen and a total lack of respect towards me). Have applied to small claims court and all this because of myjobquote's recommendation Never again!
J&J Electrical Solutions NE LtdHi Philip, You will find our electricians turned up and the kitchen was not ready when asked for you to move the washer you then became aggressive and started shouting and swearing at the electricians. They then left the property as we would not work under them circumstances. The document that was supplied was legitimate as you can check this online also and we wouldn’t be on this site if our credentials were not up to standard. As stated about the deposit I have now sent the documentation for the materials you still have on site may I add and refund will be in your account once you eventually reply to my emails. You also couldn’t keep your dogs under control and went to bite one of our electricians which was another reason we chose to walk away from the job. Regards John

Fit New Fusebox for Property Sale
Needed a new consumer unit fitted prior to a house sale, Got in touch with John and gave me a rough quote over the phone… great price, sent a few pictures for him to have a look at, he popped over the following day to check what parts were needed, came back the following day to complete the work, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable in his field. Great lad, can’t recommend highly enough.
