He was polite and always kept me informed about any delays and when unexpected problems arose found cost effective solutions. He had to take out existing bathroom items and installed shower cubicle with splashback, new sink with cabinet and toilet as well as building a partition wall and knocking down a partition to create more storage. I would use him again.

He explained the whole job and was accommodating.

I was delighted that Josimar was in my area to assses the work I had advertised (installation of an outside tap) as taking photos for work outside my expertise wasn't really happening (even my "regular" photos are terrible). Whilst Josimar was assessing placement, I thought I'd ask about my toilet problem of the cistern not filling, and water keeping flowing from the cistern into the pan after a flush. I'd had limited success in reducing the problem (trying to remove the powder residue from those tablets you pop into the cistern, or pouring lots of descaler liquid...) and had resigned myself to needing either a new cistern or toilet & cistern unit. However Josimar immediately identified the problem being the flushing valve (at least 14y old) and all that was needed, was a replacement "mechanical dual flush valve"! Fantastic news. He then spent a decent time assessing and analysing the best place for the outside tap (the actual work request), taking into account the potential water sources (bathroom, kitchen or boiler) and their viability. I also discussed I had a different spigot in mind, yet to be ordered. He returned the next day (the day before yesterday) and fixed the toilet flush (fab) and installed the pipes for my outside tap. Tap ordered with Josimar's approval. It arrived late yesterday afternoon and attached this afternoon in a matter of minutes! Not only looks great, but works well. No leaks, but it's less than an hour since Josimar left 😉 Josimar is a warm, friendly and affable chap. He has enormous pride and love in his work, and will impart his knowledge - he taught me how the magnetic filter by the boiler works, and he even cleaned it in his teaching demonstration. That was so kind and thoughtful of Josimar to have taken the time to do that - I wouldn't even have thought of googling that! Thank you Josimar. He was available at short notice. He was slightly delayed on the day but was good enough to let me know he was 5 mins late. He did a good job in moving my radiator and the radiator system tap. He is very polite and tidied up after finishing his job. Based on the job he carried out, I would use him again and would recommend him.
