Booked Janusz to install and take away our defective Washer/Dryer for Friday 17th April 2020, he was kind enough to come as it was in the middle of the pandemic. We were without our washing Machine since the 22nd of March. Janusz turned up promptly at 8 am as arranged and put his whole heart and soul in doing the job. In fact he went out of his way to install the door on the washer/dryer as it was an Inbuilt version. It took a long time because the hinges of the new Zanussi model were not aligned to the hinges of the Hotpoint which broke down - hence the door was completely out of sync with the rest of the kitchen cabinets. But Janusz soldiered on without complain because he wanted everything to be right, not just the fixing of the Washer/Dryer but also the pipe, drain pipe, electrical connections, Leveling of the appliance and the patience of fitting/aligning this door! Thank you very much indeed and I would definitely recommend Janusz for any similar jobs.
