For private landlords I’ll liaise with your tenants directly and book in your annual gas safety check.
Simply contact me with your property details and leave the rest to me.
Charges for a gas safety certificate (CP12) are as follows.

♨️Safety certificate (Boiler and Hob) £50
♨️ Safety certificate (Boiler and Cooker) £55
*Please note, If you require keys to be collected and dropped back there is a small additional charge of £10
